Planning to trek the Inca Trail?  Then you might fancy a camel conservation experience in Peru enroute with i-to-i volunteering.

Travelers to Peru can visit the Machu Picchu site and participate in a week’s camel conservation.  Volunteers will feed and care for these native animals and learn ancient Andean traditions including weaving camel wool.

The two-week adventure includes a homestay and guest house accommodation, meals with local families, airport pick-up, country orientation and 24-hour support.
