Looking for family Easter holiday ideas?  At Ayers Rock Resort, Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia has designed a special, three-night package for family discovery and exploration of the ancient landscape of Uluru.

The Easter Package is available for bookings until March 31, 2012.  This package includes three nights’ accommodation, full buffet breakfast daily, transfers and free family activities.

Families will choose from accommodation at either self-catering Emu Walk Apartments or the Desert Gardens Hotel.

On a range of guided tours, they will explore the stunning landscape of Kata Tjuta and Uluru, learning about the creation stories of the stones and rocks in Australia’s desert landscape.

The childrens’ holiday activities will include art classes; a Park Ranger guided walk around the base of Uluru; a sunset photography tour; story telling and an Easter Egg hunt.
